2012 CBA Registration Information
3 Ways to Register
- Online registration, preferred method, open January 16th thru February 5th. Registration will be open online until February 14th, but with a $25 late fee after February 5th.
- In person at the Baptist Healthplex during the following times:
- Saturday, Jan. 28th 10am - 2pm
- Tuesday, Jan. 31st 6pm - 9m
- Thursday, Feb. 2nd 6pm - 9pm
- Saturday, Feb. 4th 10am - 2pm
- In person at the Clinton Park and Rec. office from January 30th to February 3rd from 8am - 5pm.
A late registration fee of $25 will be added to all registrations submitted after February 6th.
Cost:
4-5 Year Olds $60
6 Year Olds $70
7-8 Year Olds $80
9-10 Year Olds $85
11-12 Year Olds $85
13-15 Year Olds $60
